Picked up a 2020 Silverado RST last weekend. I worked with Candra and Jesse, who were wonderful. I'm giving 5 stars because overall it was a great experience and we love the vehicle we purchased. The only down fall was the sales person Tayln. On the 22nd of march we purchased our vehicle from here signed paperwork and just had to wait until the 28th to bring our vehicle we traded in to them here and for our new vehicle to get it's parts in and fixed. On the 26th we received a phone call from Tayln stating the parts were put on and that she was going to take it for a drive to make sure everything was working perfectly fine and that it had a full tank of gas. On the 27th she messaged us and let us know that she was going to give the vehicle a wash and later on sent a picture of it and said it's sitting pretty and ready for us to pick up the next day along with trying to be funny about it being parked in a handicap spot with laughing emojis. As they do appointments there are appointment time was for 10:30 on the 28th, and we arrived at 10:10 got out of our vehicle and seen Tayln driving the vehicle we purchased back into the lot up front, backed it up, parked it and proceeded to get out of it with a drink of some sort slushie or smoothie and a bag of food which appeared she made a trip into town to get herself a bite to eat. Not professional doing that with a customers vehicle they just bought. Before we left st cloud we noticed the headlights were different one yellow one blue same with the fog lights. We reached out and asked for one blue bulb. Tayln had mentioned it being factory but I don't think a vehicle would come out with mis matching head lights and fog lights. Tayln later on after speaking with her general manager messaged us and said they can definitely send them and will send 2 blue bulbs so that they match. Over a week went by hadn't heard anything or recieved the bulbs. We reached out again and she did some checking on if the bulbs were in and then told us they did recieve them but can't ship them because they didn't want damage done to them and didn't want us to have to put them in ourselves and wanted us to drive there so they could do the work and that it would only take them 30min to an hour. Knowing we live an hr nd 40min away and work fulltime just wasn't an option for us and we weren't worried about putting the new bulbs in ourselves as we have done it before. With all this said we would definitely still come back in the future, maybe just have a different sales person next time. Thank you

I was happy to find a vehicle in my price range and low milage. JESSE in financing was amazing! He was able to get me approved for financing tho I have never had a loan or credit card before and have no credit history. I found my dream truck sitting on their lot (via their website) and Chad reached out to me the next day to gauge my level of interest. I brought my two boys with and they even had a playground and arcade to keep the kiddos busy. He immediately took great care of us, got us all of the info on the car we were interested in and was totally transparent. Because of my circumstances, I couldn't take the car home that day and my work schedule didn't allow me to come back right away to finish the deal. I purchased my new GMC 3500 ultimate from Lester. I live in Tacoma Washington and picked this truck because of how well it had been taken care of and how honest and straightforward Lester was with me. He did everything he said he would do. He stayed on top of the shipping and was incredible to work with. Difficult to spend 100,000 without seeing a vehicle and putting my trust in one person, but I did it. The truck was delivered spotless. From here on out I will call Lester if I need anything whatsoever.

Searched nationwide for our vehicle and was surprised to find the best deal was literally in our backyard. I had never been to an MTH but I was impressed from the moment I browsed their website. Huge selection with competitive prices. Very friendly staff. Josh (our salesman) was knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all. I had the pleasure of ordering my first Ford Lightning EV from MTN without even flying to Minnesota from the comfort of my house in Texas. I took a gamble of bestowing my full trust in my sales guy, Hunter Thielen about the condition of the vehicle and even wiring my down payment money to his Finance team. Hunter is a trustworthy Gentleman who truly owned up and didn't disappoint. I got my truck this past Saturday and I'm more than ecstatic with its performance, but most importantly the condition. The MTH team are top notch. From initial phone call with Hunter, to walking in to the door being greeted right away with the manager, and signing docs with Jorge. Giving 3 stars mainly for hospitality and environment when buying a vehicle Jorge and Ryan were great but sales manager I forgot his name failed to mention the massive dent in the door and I didn’t notice it until I came to pick the vehicle up when I test drove it it was dirty but understandable since they had took it in on trade a few days earlier but once I saw it washed I had mentioned it they said it would pdr out but he didn’t realize I write estimates for a living and when I took a closer look at it the dent is on the body line and has an upper crown in it and won’t pdr out and if they were to have it pdr’ed by a professional it would be way over 75$ I don’t want a hack job done to my truck that I just purchased kinda disappointed I even offered for the sales manager to make it right with me by covering half the repair but they would rather do a half ass job to It and leave me disappointed I’m glad I took a picture of my truck outside the dealership for evidence and they wanted me to leave a good review for a better reputation but from a business standpoint it’s not the way to earn a better reputation I’m not angry or anything just disappointed especially if they would try and pdr it then it would crack the paint and rust in a couple of months

I traveled over 4 hours each way to visit the Dealership and purchased from them. It was well worth the trip, truly a place you can trust to make the right deal for you, I will buy from them again! I went to MTH to test drive a Lincoln Nautilus, about a week ago. I was treated like family the second I walked in the door. I didn't bring change to get my daughter a snack from the vending machine, so sales manager-Jake Nicholson bought my daughter a pop tart, which was very sweet because you know how kids are with their snacks. Lester DeLoach, the car salesman took me for a drive in the vehicle. He gave me some facts about it, but really made sure it was the right fit for me.The finance manager, Jesse Jagunich made me a couple sweet offers on protection plans, that i would have taken had i bought the car. The team put no pressure on me, and respected my decision not to buy the vehicle. I felt like we were on the same team, which was different from my experience with other local dealerships. I will definitely get my next car here because I know that they are looking out for my interests, as well as their own. Thanks guys for such a wonderful experience ❤️

HIGHLY recommend MTH of St Cloud!! I saw a pickup on their website I loved and called to get details. I decided to take the drive to see it in person and wow, I was amazed. Lester in sales was amazing at updating me along the way about details of the pickup. He did an amazing job from the moment I spoke with him on the phone, to the time I left the lot. I bought the truck sight unseen, and I had noticed after I signed the purchase agreement that the truck didn’t have floor mats.
